By Kenyans for Kenyans - Starting signal for FaMoja project (Archive of 30.01.2020)

It is done! After 8 attempts and countless night shifts, the Kenyan core team of Project FaMoja succeeded in having their vision certified as a non-profit CBO (Community Based Organization). In order to remove the appearance of a family project, the CBO was not registered under the project name FamiliaMoja, but under the title "Kijani Kabiriri Empowerment". Thus, an essential foundation has been laid. The arbitrariness of Kenyan authorities made this step an adventure - now successfully completed. Many more can begin... The next step is the purchase of a plot of land that will be further developed as a project site.
